Our normal lead time is 7 days from artwork approval. For customised orders with a new logo, production will only begin once artwork approval has been received. Our artwork team will email an initial proof within I – 2 days of your order being placed.

If your order is urgent or required for a specific event or date, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you supply blank garments as well as customised workwear?

Yes. We supply both blank garments and fully customised workwear, including embroidery and print. There is an @order Plain Product’ button on the product page.

If you’re unsure which option is best, our team will be happy to advise.

What decoration methods do you offer?

We offer professional embroidery, screen printing and specialist print methods, depending on the garment, logo and end use. We’ll always recommend the most suitable option for durability and appearance.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order as little as one garment complete with your logo

How long does production take?

Standard production times 7 days. For new logos, production begins once artwork approval is received. Delays in approval may affect dispatch dates.

Will I see a proof before production?

Yes. For new logos or designs, our artwork team will send you a digital proof by email within 24–48 hours. Production will only begin once you have approved the artwork.

Can you match our existing workwear?

In most cases, yes. If you’re reordering or matching existing uniforms, we can advise you on the best way to achieve this.

Do you offer urgent or rush orders?

Yes, subject to availability. If your order is time-critical or required for a specific event, please contact us as early as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

What happens if there’s a problem with my order?

We operate a No Quibble Guarantee. If your order is faulty or does not match the approved artwork or order specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll resolve it quickly and fairly.

Do you use automated chat or bots?

No. All enquiries are handled by real people. When you contact us there are no menus, you’ll speak directly with an experienced member of our team.

Can you beat another quote?

Yes. We offer a Price Beat Guarantee on like-for-like quotes from UK suppliers. Send us the details and we’ll review it.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We deliver throughout the UK and Europe. Delivery details and costs will be confirmed at the time of order.
