If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return standard (non-customised) items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no quibbles, no hassle.

How it works

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition
• Returns must be authorised before being sent back
• Refunds are processed promptly once goods are received and checked

• Customised or personalised items (printed or embroidered) cannot be returned unless faulty
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
