Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions – Custom Workwear Orders

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with [Your Company Name] for customised workwear and uniform products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to [Your Company Name].
  • “You”, “Customer” refers to the purchaser.
  • “Customised Products” refers to garments that have been embroidered, printed or otherwise personalised.
  • “Artwork” refers to logos, designs or text supplied by you or prepared by us on your behalf.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except as outlined below.

Customised products are made specifically to your requirements and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

3. Artwork & Proof Approval

For orders involving new logos or designs, we will provide a digital artwork proof by email, usually within 24–48 hours.

  • Production will not begin until written artwork approval is received.
  • You are responsible for checking spelling, sizing, colours and positioning before approval.
  • Once artwork is approved, we accept no responsibility for errors contained within the approved proof.

Any delay in artwork approval or subsequent amendments may affect your estimated dispatch date.

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Quotes are valid for a limited period and may be subject to change due to garment availability, supplier pricing or specification changes.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order. Orders may not enter production until payment has been received in full, unless a credit account has been agreed in advance.

6. Production & Lead Times

Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

While we always aim to meet agreed timescales, delays may occur due to:

  • Late artwork approval
  • Artwork amendments
  • Stock availability
  • Factors outside our reasonable control

Time shall not be considered of the essence unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns & No Quibble Guarantee

Customised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or do not match the approved artwork or order specification.

Under our No Quibble Guarantee, you must notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery. Where a valid claim is accepted, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair
  • Replace
  • Re-make
  • Refund or credit the affected items

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Errors in customer-approved artwork
  • Incorrect sizing selections
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Washing or use outside care instructions

9. Intellectual Property

You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, trademarks or artwork supplied. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

10. Samples & Colour Matching

Samples and digital proofs are indicative only. Due to the nature of garment dyeing and decoration, slight variations in colour, placement or finish may occur and are considered acceptable within industry tolerances.

11. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit claims arising from the supply of goods.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, transport disruption, strikes, or acts of God.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
